Welcome to Print Zombies, the world of Be-spoke Fabric Design & Printing!

1. Overview

At Print Zombies®, every project reflects a designer’s imagination and technical precision. We are a bespoke digital printing studio backed by a state‑of‑the‑art Print Design Team and specialized Fabric Design Services, supporting our clients from concept to creation.

Over three years of operations, our quality framework has allowed us to reject only two print developments so far—a testament to our team’s diligence, calibration, and craftsmanship.

This document outlines the practical, transparent, and fair terms under which we operate to ensure clarity, protect creative integrity, and deliver consistent results in the ever‑evolving world of custom digital printing.

2. General Understanding

We aim to approach every client interaction with professionalism and empathy.

• Any quality or delivery concern should be brought to our notice within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. Prompt communication helps us review and resolve efficiently.

• Once an order is dispatched, the responsibility for handling passes to independent courier partners. While we work exclusively with reputed logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, and DTDC, Print Zombies cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss occurring during transit.

• If you wish to use a specific courier partner, please inform us while placing your order; otherwise, dispatch is arranged at our discretion.

• Shrinkage is an inherent characteristic of textiles and can vary by fiber type, weave, humidity, and order volume. A typical variation of 10–20% is considered standard. Uneven shrinkage may also cause minor proportion changes—for instance, a 1×1‑inch circular polka motif might appear slightly oval if the fabric shrinks differently in warp and weft (It happens). Such variations are part of bespoke production and accepted within global industry tolerances.

3. Categories of Orders

To maintain clarity and fairness, orders are processed under three distinct categories:

• Holistic Orders: Fabric and printing are both provided by Print Zombies.

• Job Work Orders: The client supplies the base fabric for printing.

• Design‑Only Orders: Our design team develops CADs, repeats, and layouts without providing printed fabric.

Each order type follows specific terms explained below.

4. Holistic Orders (Fabric + Printing by PZ)

For orders where both fabric and printing are managed by Print Zombies, we take full accountability for the final output within the natural limitations of digital textile printing.

• If a verified misprint, defect, or material inconsistency arises due to our processes, we will reprint the affected portion after inspection.

• Concerns must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt and supported by photographs or videos.

• Returned material must be in its original condition; fabrics that have been cut, altered, or stitched cannot be reviewed for claims.

• Return courier expenses are borne by the client, although we may share costs if an error is confirmed on our end.

5. Job Work Orders (Client‑Supplied Fabric)

“Job Work” refers to printing carried out by Print Zombies on client‑provided fabric. While every effort is made to ensure precision and care, some variables remain beyond our control.

• Liability is limited to the printing service fee or the general market value of the fabric, whichever is lower. We do not replace or reimburse client‑supplied fabric.

• Natural shrinkage and wastage up to 10–20% are inherent to the process.

• Color variation may occur due to differences in fabric coating, dyeing, or chemical treatment.

• Exact color matching in small bespoke runs is not feasible; slight tonal deviation is expected and considered acceptable.

6. Design Orders

For assignments involving design creation, CAD development, Pattern Digitization or repeats:

• All files, CADs, Patterns and artworks created by Print Zombies / Pradisha YarnTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing.

• Design or CAD charges represent usage rights only, not ownership.

• Client‑provided reference or original design files remain the client’s property and are never reused or shared with third parties.

7. Payment, Pricing & Delivery

• Work begins upon receipt of 70% advance payment, with the remaining balance due once dispatch readiness is confirmed.

• Prices are quoted per meter in INR, exclusive of taxes, forex charges, customs, or payment gateway fees.

• Quoted prices remain valid for 30 days or as specified in official quotations.

• Bulk discounts apply based on total quantity, not number of designs.

• Orders above 200 meters or requiring special sourcing may need an additional 5–10 working days.

• Typical dispatch occurs within 12–15 working days after CAD approval; timelines may vary by fabric, design complexity, and logistics.

8. Fabric & Print Considerations

Digital printing on natural fibers may show minor variations, which are part of the process:

• Silk: Small slubs, specks, and tonal changes are inherent and not considered defects.

• Viscose & Blends: Minor weave shifts or tiny specks (≤2 mm) can occur.

• Color Matching: Variations between digital screens and printed output are normal.

• Bowing / Skewing: Slight misalignment under 20 meters is standard due to fabric tension.
  Clients are encouraged to review swatches or samples before bulk printing to set expectations accurately.

9. After‑Care & Handling

• All natural‑fiber fabrics, especially dark prints, should be dry‑cleaned only.

• Always test a small sample before cutting, washing, or fusing.

• Print Zombies is not liable for any change or defect arising from post‑processing, embroidery, fusing, or other finishing treatments performed after printing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Print Zombies® / Pradisha YarnTech® Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for:

• Fabric behavior beyond our control (shrinkage, weave reaction, or finish inconsistencies).

• Delays due to courier handling, customs clearance, or external disruptions.

• Perceptual color differences between digital previews and printed fabric.

• Indirect or consequential losses such as resale delays or production interruptions.

• As designers, brand owners, or consumers, it remains your responsibility to assess the fabric’s suitability, strength, and intended use prior to order confirmation. Many fashion fabrics are delicate and unsuitable for embroidery or high‑tension stitching; we advise reviewing swatch performance before bulk confirmation.

• Statements such as “I don’t like the fabric” or “I should have checked before confirming the order” cannot be accepted once the material has been processed for printing, even if the fabric was suggested by a Print Zombies® team member.

Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the printing charges for the affected portion.

11. Governing Law & Communication

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, while observing UAE commercial and privacy standards for GCC‑based clients.
